This is the last restorable Bonanza Farm in the United States, with restoration work still in progress. Bonanza farms were large wheat-producing farms common in the Red River of the North valley from the late 1870s to the early 1930s. Annual Old-Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration and special events are offered throughout the season. Concessions and a gift shop are also on site. Guided tours include nine of the twenty-one buildings.
