The Fort Yates Indian Health Service Hospital and four health centers are the primary source of health care for the Fort Yates area. The hospital is made up of 16-beds, and employs six physicians. The hospital provides basic inpatient care and obstetrics for normal deliveries. The hospital's outpatient department provides basic outpatient care. Specialty clinics are provided by a contract specialist on a regular basis.

Sully County Fair Onida SD August9-12 kicking off the fair with a parade through Onida on Thursday, at 6:27 p.m. The parade will end up at the fairgrounds where we will be having cake, refreshments and music.
