Guv'nor Inn and Pub is located near to Memorial University, the Avalon Mall, the Health Science Centre, and the Arts and Culture Centre. It has 37 totally upgraded rooms including courtyard accommodations. All rooms are equipped with color cable TV's, air conditioning, clock radios, data phones, and coffee perks. There are pet rooms and allergy-conscious suites. The pub and eatery provides a diverse array of food items in a wide range of categories for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The inn has two function suites, Study and Drawing Room with a grand fireplace.
