Academy of Massage Therapy provides massage therapy education, taught by knowledgeable and caring instructors in a pleasant, small school environment. Students learn Swedish massage, medical massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, chair massage, Shiatsu, reflexology, anatomy, physiology, myology and palpation skills, traditional Chinese medicine, neurology, kinesiology, pathology, business, and marketing. AMT offers short classes for professionals and advanced students. AMT was the first massage school in NJ approved by the US Department of Education to offer Title IV Financial Aid. All students have lots of hands-on practice in class as well as in the student clinic and community service events.
