Features furnished rooms depicting a pioneer homestead, classroom, workshop, blacksmith shop, country doctor's office, old general store; farm and home implements, carpenters' tools, dishes and hooked mats. Photographs from the area, genealogy, cemetery records. Old and new quilts, inlcuding one-in-progress--join in the fun of an old-fashioned quilting bee. Open 1 July-15 Sept., Sat & Sun 1:30-4:30pm. Admission free, donations welcome. Gift shop, public restrooms, non-smoking, handicapped accessible, bus tours welcome, picnic area, geneaological services.
