Located a few blocks off The Strip at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino this restaurant serves lunch from 11-5 p.m. and dinner from 9-11 p.m. The specialties include mesquite-grilled steaks and seafood prepared in an exhibition kitchen. You can choose to sit on the "patio" or the inner dining room that is nicely done up in dark woods, high ceiling,large booths, a fireplace and lots of American flags. The house specialty is New Zealand Lamb Rack basted in Dijon, basil and honey marinade and roasted. Reservations recommended.
