Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home is a 208-bed health care facility committed to quality care. In 1998, both the Hospital and Nursing Home received three-year accreditations from Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. Nathan Littauer Hospital and Nursing Home is located on a 34-acre campus on the northern edge of the city of Gloversville in Fulton County. The campus houses a four-level, 124-bed acute care Hospital; a one-story, 84-bed residential Nursing Home; a two-level Medical Arts Building, plus additional structures. As the only hospital in Fulton County, Nathan Littauer Hospital is a unique and essential health care resource that has served the community since 1894. With its 24-hour Emergency Department, Nathan Littauer serves as a vital entry point for a majority of the area's emergency cases.
