Talons - A Bird-of-Prey Experience is an interactive, educational journey into the world of falconry and the raptors used in this ancient sport. It offers guests the chance to fly with trained raptors, and promotes education through interaction. Several species of tame, highly trained, free-flying hawks, falcons and owls, are used in the programs. Hawk Walk involves a tour of the raptor facilities, participation in actual training sessions of hawks and owls, discussion on raptor biodiversity, conservation, and physiology, and hunting techniques.
Talons has performed at fairs, festivals, schools, corporate events, and sportsman's shows.
