Atwater Estate Vineyards lies along the glacier-carved hillsides of Seneca Lake, a premier grape growing region of the Finger Lakes Region. The winery has been modernized with the addition of refrigerated stainless steel tanks and new oak barrels to help to establish the present production of 16,000 gallons of wine. The vineyards are currently planted with 60 acres of fifteen varietals, including native, hybrid, and vinifera grapes. They have the potential to produce 50,000 gallons and eagerly anticipate a growth as the winery progresses. A tasting room is also attached.
