Located on Market Street in the Old Akron Post Office, a restored 19th century Italian Renaissance structure, the museum exhibits regional, national and international artwork dating from 1850. Temporary exhibits and the permanent collection range from American Impressionism to pop art and videotape. Open Tuesday - Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm. Closed January 1, Thanksgiving and December 24-25.
