Ashland University, founded in 1878, is located on a 100-acre campus in north central Ohio in Ashland County about 50 miles southwest of Cleveland. This liberal arts school enrolls about 2,000 full-time undergraduates with total enrollment topping the 6,000 mark. Aside from the "typical" curricula, AU offers about 70 degree programs in their five colleges or schools including Hotel and Restaurant Management, International Studies, Radio and TV Production, Sports Medicine and Toxicology and Environmental Science.
