East Fork Lake is located in southwestern Ohio in Clermont County about 10 miles inland from the Ohio River and 25 miles east-southeast of Cincinnati. It serves as the focal point for East Fork State Park. The 2,200-acre lake is situated at the southern end of the Little Miami River and was gouged out during the Ice Age by the Illinoian Glacier. It provides area vistors with opportunities to ski, powerboat with no horsepower limit, swim along a 1,200-foot beach and fish for largemouth, smallmouth and hybrid bass, bluegill and crappie. In addition, opportunities exist for hunting (restricted areas while in season), hiking, camping and picnicking in areas surrounding the lake.
