Drake Center is a specialized health care organization - the area's premier facility for physical and medical rehabilitation. They are the Rehabilitation Specialists. Drake Center offers a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals with a wide range of conditions, from those with complex illnesses and injuries to individuals requiring minimal outpatient therapy. Specialized programs include Medically Complex, Musculoskeletal, and Neurological Rehabilitation. Drake Center transitions patients from one level of care to the next with one vital and ultimate goal: to return them to the highest level of functioning and independence possible. Drake Center is also committed to building and fostering positive relationships with those they serve: patients, families, referring physicians, community members, managed care organizations, and their own dedicated staff and volunteers.
