Located in Green Springs, Ohio, in the heart of Northwest Ohio, St. Francis Health Care Centre provides compassionate care for the elderly and physically challenged. They are a healthcare ministry under the sponsorship of the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help based in St. Louis, Missouri, and they are managed by Promedica Health System. As a Catholic facility, they respectfully offer those they serve care, hope, and dignity in a joyful and compassionate manner. Utilizing a holistic approach to health care, they are committed to excellence in teaching those they serve to adapt to their disabilities and to maintain the highest level of independence. They strive to meet the changing needs of the physically challenged and of the elderly by continually assessing the services they provide.
