Oklahoma Baptist University is located in central Oklahoma southeast of Oklahoma City in Shawnee (Pottawatomie County).
Although the major focus of the university is to guide students to one of nine degrees (in over 75 areas of study) on the bachelor level, the school also offers an Associate of Arts degree in Christian Studies, and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Bachelor's degrees may be earned in Arts, Business Administration, Fine Arts, Humanities, Music, Musical Arts, Music Education, Science and Science in Education.
In sports, the men compete in Baseball, Basketball, Croos Country, Golf, Tennis and Track and Field while the women participate in Basketball, Cross Country, Golf, Softball, Tennis and Track and Field.
