Pawnee Lake is located in northeastern Oklahoma in Pawnee County about a mile north of the town of Pawnee.
The 250-acre lake has about 5 miles of shoreline which is dotted with developed and partially developed areas 5 sites with camping hookups. Other amenities and facilities include electricity, a group shelter, picnic areas, restrooms, bathhouse, swimming beach, swimming pool, water-skiing, educational pathways, 9-hole golf course, and grass airport.
The lake is purported to have some of the best hybrid bass fishing in the Midwest.
