Southeast Oklahoma State University is located in Durant, Bryan County about 90 miles north-northeast of Dallas. The 177-acre campus is in a rural setting just off U.S. Highway 69/75.
Founded in 1909, this publicly-funded institution offers programs in the arts and sciences, business, education, music, and technology to a primarily commuter student body. There are 4 undergraduate schools and 1 graduate school. Including residence halls there are 46 buildings.
There are fraternities, sororities and over 70 clubs and organizations on campus. Tours of the campus are available through the admissions office.
