The CSC Museum, housed in the original warden's residence, features a fascinating collection of artifacts relative to all aspects of correctional history in Canada. Contraband weapons and escape paraphernalia reflect inmate ingenuity and resourcefulness. Early punishment and restraint equipment show the methods that have been used to keep order and discipline in our institutions. Inmate hobby crafts show the lighter side of life in prison. As the museum expands, new exhibits will portray life in prison today. Displays will trace the flow of offenders from arrival to discharge, and will illustrate the various programs that are available to them.
