Blue Cactus Bar and Grill is located in the heart of the ByWard Market in downtown Ottawa. The muted yellow palette of the walls creates a sunny glow by day and the warm feeling of candlelight by night. Curved cherry wood, stone and leather were combined with rustic pine furnishings, lamps and artwork to perfect an intimate, residential atmosphere. Under the direction of Chef Zak Ghadie, the evolved Southwestern menu sizzles with worldly variety including Cajun and Asian influences. The restaurant serves up more than nine draught beers, an extensive selection of wine available by the glass and the ever-popular house blend of Sangria.
