Artbar restaurant is located in the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery inside the Centre in the Square. Exceptional, innovative cuisine is served in an upscale contemporary environment. The wine list is extensive and features wines from the Niagara Region and from around the world. At least fifteen wines are always available by the glass. It is open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner, Tuesday through Friday for lunch, and for a live jazz brunch Sundays from 10AM to 3PM.
