Near the Umatilla Indian reservation, 26 miles from Pendleton on I-84, Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area is nestled in an old growth forest. The park features 32 tent sites, 19 sites for trailers or RVs (up to 60 feet) with full hookups, 1 electrical site, 8 cabins, and six horse campsites. Picnic tables and fire grills, with flush toilets, showers, firewood, laundry, horse facilities, community building with kitchen, and playground are also provided. Leashed pets permitted.
Visit the Oregon Trail display in the park, take a stroll along the nature trail, or play a game of ball on the full-size basketball court.
