John Day River Oregon

The John Day River rises in the mountains of southeast Grant County in eastern Oregon. It flows westward and northward, passing the town of John Day, flowing through the John Day Fossil Beds National Monument, and then northward until it reaches the Columbia River just east of Rufus.
