Lake Owyhee offers a variety of water-based recreation opportunities as well as a wide range of other activities, including fishing for bass, crappie, catfish, and trout, wildlife watching, rock hounding, and hiking.

A trip up the lake from the park offers a unique opportunity to view the beauty and rugged terrain of the Owyhee Mountains. The canyon is full of different geologic configurations, creating spectacular rock formations.

The camp features a day-use area, a boat ramp, and two campgrounds with electrical campsites, primitive tent campsites, tepees, and a picnic area. Max RV, 55 feet.

Quality experiences await visitors to more than 200 state parks managed for the public by the Oregon State Parks.
