Just 20 minutes west of Portland is the world-class 36-hole Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club. The private course, Witch Hollow, has hosted the U.S. Women's Open Championship. Ghost Creek, selected by Golf Digest as the "Best New Public Course" of 1992, is a must-play for enthusiastic golfers of all abilities. The U.S. Boys & Girls Junior Championships was at Pumpkin Ridge in 2000.
