Son-in-law of Ray Atkeson, Oregon's late photographer laureate, Rick Shaefer continues the tradition of inspired photography. The images he captures have appeared in many prominent magazines, including Oregon Coast Magazine, as well as scenic calendars.
Shaefer also conducts photographic workshops in various locations in Oregon, through which both amateur and professional photographers can learn the techniques that Shaefer has developed.
