The Nite Hawk Cafe specializes in barbecued ribs. The breakfast menu includes rib eye steak and eggs, chicken fried steak, pork chops, hot cakes, cheese omelet, and side orders such as oatmeal and sweet rolls. Hawk burger, chili burger, cheese burger, grilled cheese, tuna, meat loaf, steak sandwich, and cowpoke sandwich are some among the lunch menu. Halibut steak, meat loft dinner, chicken fried steak, seafood platter, caesar salad, milk shake, and dessert items are available for dinner. Coffee, iced tea, Italian sodas, fruit juices, milk, and hot chocolate are the beverages. A lounge that features five pool tables is available.
