Pine Creek Outfitters provides guided raft trips; raft, canoe, wetsuit and bicycle rentals; shuttles;maps; books and information. Pine Creek is a combination of swift flowing water, some quiet pools and is punctuated by some challenging Class II - III rapids. Runnable from mid-March to about mid-June, Pine Creek offers over 70 miles of navigable water with camping available on State Forest land (permit required).There are four backpacking trails, including the West Rim Trail,and a multitude of short hikes.Bicyclists can choose the Pine Creek Rail-Trail (a 19-mile converted railroad bed) or go mountain biking in the State Forest.
