Indonesia and Japan among other exotic locations. The chef's
specialties include the Teritaki BBQ Glazed Ahi Tuna, Mr. Lee's
Jasmine Smoked Duck Breast, and a taste of the Far East, an
assortment of Japanese appetizers. A varied sushi menu,
delicious desserts and the traditional sake (rice wine)
complement the restaurant's exquisite menu. Shimas is open
daily from 600pm-1030pm.
