The Cultural Arts Program was created by City Council in 1979 to plan for and support the arts and cultural activities throughout the community. The staff of the Cultural Arts Program works with a twenty-five member advisory committee composed of citizens from a cross-section of the community. Together they work together to create and organize area events including dinner theatres, park concerts, plays, gallery exhibits, festivals and more.
