The Circle Theatre is located in the Historic Barnwell County Performing Arts Building on the corner of Academy and Franklin Streets in Barnwell. It is a community amateur play group, carpeting, and renovated theatre seats from the old movie theatre. The ambiance of the building contributes to the quality of the performances held here. A small stage and intimate seating envelopes the audience with a "homey" atmosphere.
