The Aiken Golf Club is located in the center of Aiken. Originally built in 1912, with a portion of its design attributed to John Inglis, it is one of the oldest courses in the nation. Situated amongst the rolling Carolina sand hills, the course plays 6,048 yards from the medal tees, 5,685 yards from the mid tees, and 4,730 yards from the fore tees.
