Belvidere is located in Jackson County in Black Hills, Badlands & Lakes Region southwest of Pierre between Kadoka and Murdo on I-90 at Hwy 63, on the banks of the White River near the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 59, a decrease of four since 1990.
