Library Director Greta Chapman in 2003 launched a strategic planning committee to determine how best to serve the community in 2010. Her question: So why are we asking? Can you remember 1994? Most people didn't have email, cell phones, or the Internet in their homes. In the space of a single decade, the world of information and communications has been transformed. Can you imagine what our world will be like ten years from now? How will you and your family get the information you need? What role will the Library play in your life and our community?
Among standard library services offered are Internet access computers that can be used for up to one hour a day, email computers that can be used for up to 15 minutes, and wireless access for patrons who have a laptop equipped with a wireless card.
