Nairnshite is a maritime county in Scotland, bounded on the north by Moray Firth, on the east by Morayshire, and on the south and west by Inverness-shire. It covers an area of 162 square miles.
The principal rivers aer the Nairn and the Findhorn. The region rises from lowlands along the firth to the moorlands extending between the rivers, and climbs in the south toward the Inverness highlands, with heights ranging from 1000 to over 2000 feet. The capital is Nairn.
