Former Texas Governor and Mrs. Allan Shivers made a gift of this restored victorian home to the people of Woodville. Among handsome furnishings is carpeting from France. Mementos and historical documents of Shivers administration also are on displa y. Open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm. Admission is charged.
