Seguin native Janice Woods-Windle's book reflects the lives of pioneer women with many of its episodes taking place in Seguin. The city's Conservation Society has devised a tour which takes readers to the sites mentioned in the book. Self-guided tour maps also available in the chamber of commerce office.
