In 1972, Kathy McDaniel and Charlotte Parker, two friends who met in New York, moved back to Dallas to open The Grape Restaurant. The Grape is now recognized as one of the best award-winning bistros in Dallas, Texas. Dining at The Grape is like stepping into a small European village. The expansive, changing blackboard menu features eclectic and contemporary culinary creations. A lunch menu example is grilled Ahi tuna and a dinner selection is buttermilk battered Bandera Texas quail.
