Villa de Patricia is located directly behind the Dunes on a long sandy beach 4.5 miles South of Port Aransas. It is a bed and breakfast from September to May and rental at other times. Amenities include three theme guest suites, Dunes Room, Gull Room, and Jungle Room, all with private baths, great room with an entertainment center with 60 inch big screen TV and electronics, large oak and granite kitchen with eating bar, and the point dining room. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
