Monte L. Bean Life Science Museum

Located at Brigham Young University, the museum displays birds, eggs, fish, insects, plants and wildlife from around the world. First opened to the public in 1978 and is accredited by the American Association of Museums and maintains membership in the "Natural Science Collections Alliance". Research The admission is free.

Many of the specimens were provided by Donald Cox from Detroit. Mr. Cox has been an avid hunter for 60 years, and feels strongly about the protection of the environment, and the preservation of the great outdoors.
