Located in southeastern Utah, this is a multi-state road network that is cited for its many significant examples of authentic ancient Pueblo cultures like the Anasazi, and forbears of today's Navajo and Ute tribes. The route encompasses Hwy 191 south from Blanding to Hwy 262, accessing Hovenweep National Monument; Hwy 163 from Bluff to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park; Hwy 261 linking Hwy 163 on the south with Hwy 93 on the north; a spur off Hwy 95 that accesses Natural Bridges National Monument (Hwy 275); and Hwy 95 from the junction with Hwy 275, east to Blanding.
