Captain Jim Drummond offers charter fishing trips on most days of the fishing season aboard the diesel cruiser Seagull. Based in Hudgins, VA in Mathews County on the Western shore. Capt. Drummond is a USCG licensed captain. Group charters for up to six people. All equipment is provided. The Seagull is equipped with radar, and LORAN-C sonar depth/fishfinding electronics.
