New Market is located in Shenandoah County northeast of Harrisonburg on I-81; Endless Caverns and Shenandoah National Park are nearby in the Central Region of the state. A walking tour brochure of New Market is available from the travel association, off I-81 exit 264. New Market was named after the English racing town.
