Danish Customs House

Built in 1830 on foundations that date to 1734, this building

originally served as a Customs House, where officers collected

duties on arriving merchandise. The post Office was on the

second floor. In 1926 it became the Christiansted Library. It

has been the National Park Service headquarters since 1972.

Open weekdays from 8am-5pm.
