In the comfort of a homelike dining room, set seaside in a quaint
marina, owner/chef Sandra Englesburger puts on a one-woman
culinary show. Her all from scratch-show creations include
an English shepherd's pie, mahi mahi in a rich lobster sauce
and a two-day Peking duck. The dessert special is named
Peter's Paradise, a dark chocolate sphere filled with white
chocolate mouse and tropical fruit.
