Butternut Inn

Search Stowe Vermont

The Butternut Inn sits along the Little River. This is a cozy place that guests can call their own, only minutes from Mt. Mansfield in the heart of Vermont.

Decorated in country casual with king, queen, and canopy beds, each room contains a private bath and comes complete with cable television and plenty of pillows. A couple of very sweet rooms are tucked up under the eaves.

Filled with charming antiques, the Butternut Inn is more than just a room, however. The inn also invites guests to snuggle in with a book, a cup of fresh gourmet coffee roasted by Green Mountain Coffee Roasters just down the road, and a fresh chocolate chip cookie or two in any one of their nooks, living rooms or sun spaces. There also is a pool room, gardens and a swimming pool. A country inn is to be enjoyed, and the owners invite guests to enjoy theirs.

Wedding accommodations are available and great skiing is nearby.
