Fairfax Hospital has been in operation as a full-service psychiatric hospital since 1938 in Kirkland, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. The facility provides treatment services for adults, adolescents, and children, and offers a full continuum of care that includes inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, and an alternative school program. The clinical focus for all services is treatment-oriented activities provided by a multi-disciplinary staff. Clinical staff provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, activities therapy, and educational services. All clinical services are delivered by a group of qualified professional staff including physicians, registered nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, certified counselors, psychologists, teachers, dietitians, pharmacists, and registered recreational therapists.
