Dan and Denise Wilk have 29 years Island residency. On their tours, you will travel on inland waters, viewing many of the 172 beautiful islands. En route you may see Orca ("Killer") whales, Minke whales, harbor sales, Dall's and harbor porpoises, ospreys, cormorants, great blue herons and migratory seabirds. The annual festival began in 1976 with a gift of 1,000 cherry trees to the city of Seattle from the Japanese government to celebrate the U.S. Bicentennial.
