Sunset Beach Paradise is a northwest contemporary waterfront beach home with western exposure, zero banks, a 180° view of Colvos passage and a sandy, flat beach. The house is built on four levels and includes a basement, a main level, a middle level bonus room and a top level master bedroom. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a very nice bathroom with an oversized shower and double sinks. A freestanding gas fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, a barbecue, dishes, bedding, towels, three televisions, cable TV, VCR and a CD/tape player are there in rooms.
