Nestled in the woods and meadows outside Cascade, Wisconsin is a little piece of English countryside called the Highlands. A licensed game farm, they offer upland bird hunting from October through March, duck hunting all summer long, and year-round fishing. There's no need to purchase a hunting or fishing license, or even worry about restrictive bag limits at The Highlands. In addition, their challenging, automated sporting clays course is open to the public from April 15 to September 30.
