Two Rivers is located in Manitowoc County southeast of Green Bay, between Sheboygan and Kewaunee along Highway 42 on the banks of the East and West Twin Rivers and the shore of Lake Michigan near Manitowoc and Point Beach State Forest. Historic Washington House marks the city's official status as the 'Home of the Ice Cream Sundae.' An antique soda fountain there lets you order up a sundae and remember how it used to be. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 13,029, a decrease of 1 since 1990.
